Registration and Fees

Registrations for Season 2026 open 1st January 2026

Since last season there have been several improvements to the registration system to make it a better experience for users. When you click on the Register buttons below, it will take you to Football Australia’s PlayFootball registration system, and available NER products will be displayed (after you login).

PLEASE READ THE BELOW POINTS BEFORE CLICKING ON “REGISTER“.

• For new parents and players, you will need to create their profile first, before starting the registration process. Parents need to create a profile for themselves first, before starting a registration for their child.
• For returning players (and parents/guardians) from last season it should be a simpler process. If it’s been more than one season, then the first step once you log on to Football Australia website is to enter some details and claim/link your old profile.
• Before you begin, please have a headshot photo ready to upload, and if you are registering as a coach or manager, your WWC credentials.
• Which Age Group are you? Example: If your child is turning 8 during the year of 2026, they would be classified as Under 8 by Football Australia in season 2026, and so on.
• Any technical issues? There is support page to assist you here in the registration system: https://support.playfootball.com.au/support/home

Don’t forget to get your Active Kids Voucher here before you register your child.

Payments must be made at the time of registration. If you wish to enter a deferred payment scheme, please contact the NERSC Football Registrar or the NERSC Football Convenor here.

Grading for relevant teams will be in early-mid February, and we encourage players to register early to help that process. More details will be published here.
