At North Epping Rangers, we are committed to placing players in teams that best match their skills and promote their development, enjoyment, and love of netball. Grading is a thoughtful process designed to create competitive teams while considering individual growth and team balance.
Key Points of the Grading Process:
- Purpose: To place players in teams that align with their skill level and provide opportunities for improvement.
- Grading Day: Attendance is crucial for players seeking top division placement. Absent players are assessed based on coach reports and prior performance.
- Criteria Considered: Skills such as footwork, agility, ball handling, and sportsmanship are assessed alongside positional needs.
- Team Selection: Teams are finalized by experienced selectors who review grading results, coach input, and other factors.
- Notifications: Players and parents are informed of team placements via email.
